After we got that area near the trialhead smashed down, That Moab jeep and I made it all the way up the trial head to an area called the Y??  Went past squirely who was on top of the hill.  The chains kept me from slidding off the trail.  I heard that the farthest anyone made it to was Eiger.  Not much past where we stopped up the trail.

I heard something about a Gate being the furthest. I really don't know that trail.

The gates were at the bottom, where most got stuck. The gate was open, and you can't 4x4 past that gate.  You can however turn up the trail like we did.  It was a good run.  Saw some awesome rigs.  I think there is gonna be another run on 03-06-2010.  Squirel told me about it.  I know toyotas are not to run chains, but the Jeep Moab and I made it pretty far for bone stock vehicles.

Yup... It's definitely March 6... saw most of you guys up there... the gold forerunner, immuddy (if thats on ur plates)... but not sure what jrock drives (thanks for posting the pics btw)

If it was not for Dayle, we were not gonna be able to get off that Mountain!!  I think a tree saver would have worked.  Chains on stock vehicles do help.

ya my gold runner did pretty good, i was surprised. jrock has the blue second gen, has diffferent color blues all over it with 33s. he was parked off the side at the trailhead were i turned around and were your taco was stuck at.

I bet the next run up there on 03-06-10, will be a good one.  Fresh snow that will have a chance to soften and melt and re-freeze, so we do not get stuck.

Siphon some gas to make the trip.  I think this will be a bigger run than the 13th was.  Wonder if there will be more than 18 feet of snow on the ground!!!

Yep, your 4 runner was really going there great.  They make really great trail rigs that you can drive as your daily driver as well.  Way to go!!

ya i plan on making mine a dd. when i do that sas. im going to run 37s and with lockrites. so we will see how it looks. i really like snow wheelin. its super fun.

thanks. i was sort of surprised when i held up with everyone else. the only time i really got stuck was when my ifs got hung up in the middle and get high centered you can say. but i made it.
