Contact tells me that roads are open and plowed.  Snowing, with it starting last night.  Looks to be a good storm.

13 inches at Bald Mtn?  WOW!!  Sheila and I are heading up there again the weekend of March 20th.  We are puppy sitting for one of the Partners at his home in Shaver Lake.  We might hit Bald again, but not sure with just her and I.  I'm thinking about getting those Procomp MT's like you have.  Whatever they give me a deal on, I'm buying.

I would NOT buy pro comp tires...will wear fast, be noisy, very weak sidewall, cheap for a reason...you get what you pay for...buy goodyear mtr with kevlar!

Is that the new MTR's or the old ones??  I have to get tires here soon.  Figure I'm in it for at least a grand or more.  I want to get the right ones the first time.  Thanks!!

I've got Procomps.. love em... if they don't screw up and change the tread design I'll stick with 'em.
They wear just fine. Rotate and balance after each run, paid extra for the service might as well use it!!!

I have myself run Procomp X terrains for 4.5 years.  Never had one problem with them on or off the trail.  I just need a good deal!!

how exactly do you get to bald mt? Is it off wentworth springs road?

Bald is easy to get to.  Travel 168, four lane.  Go past Crestman.  Dinkey Creek road turnoff, you turn right.  Travel that for 10-12 miles.  At Dinkey Creek road and Rock Creek road is where the road starts to take you to Bald mtn.  There are signs that tell you that you are at the Blad Mtn turn off.  Pretty easy to get to.
