how universal  are e brake cabels for a 92 4runner? what other rigs can i use them from?

Just got done post this else where, but I repaired mine about 2-3 years ago and it's been holding up great.

3 CAT scans a MRI and some time with the shrink and it's comfirmed. I'm just not right in the head.
