Emulators on your PC

so any game nerds like me on here? I need help with a Ps2 Emulator on my PC. I have a N64 emulator which works like a champ. I downloaded a ps2 Emulator last night....but it says it needs ELF. files (games come in ISO. Files)  and it says it needs a Directory for a Bios  ...like the program has a bios?? anywho wondering if anyone on here knows of a better program that runs ISO files and easy to work with. thanks.

my cousin has a .zip file that has every emulator ever made... including the arcade emulator "MAME32K"  which is pretty cool because you can play arcade games online w/ friends.
