I heard a ugly rumor that a spectator died in the sledge hammer canyon from a falling rock hitting him..  Did anyone here this as well. My buddy also told me that when he rolled up there there was alot of blood on the bottem of the canyon..  Hopefully its just a rumor

I saw the blood! heard about the leg on the race radio.but yea it was madness!

there was a guy in a yellow shirt that got tagged by a rock that flew by my head at like 20 mph gaining speed. it hit him in the shoulder and threw him like a rag doll. his shirt was red by the end but that dude took it like a champ. crap like that happens on hills like that with that many people! i think they'll set up more guidelines next year but it was probably the second coolest event i've ever been apart of! next year we'll make it past LCQ though!! ha ha

LMAO when you played "Move B*TCH" by Luda when your buddy was stuck!! ha ha good stuff! there were more toyotas there then i've ever seen in one spot it was sweet! half my pictures were of ideas from others rigs! ha ha

I was pissed because i didnt get to make my way to sledge hammer and watch the action... The group i was with was complaining about wanting to watch them go up the back door but they didnt listen when i said they were coming down it this year.
Went over to Chocolate thunder for a little bit and watched there.. and before i knew it, it was already dark...

Next year I need to find some Yota's to roll out to KOH with. Not the K5 blazers that my buddies have that i went with this year..

Definitely good times had by all. I finally got the RV unloaded and back. Still havent touched the crawler, but hopefully I can get the pictures up tomorrow!

Steve, when I got hope monday night we had a party/bbq in the RV then took it to the bars. HAHAHA I guess i got a second wind after the 11 haul.

You might wanna look up "Victorvalley 4 wheelers" they're a local club from victorville. Great bunch of guys that will be happy to take you along. They have plenty of toys, heeps etc.....

Yea Ill have to look into that, Im trying to get my buddies to convert over into a toyota and ditch those K5's

Now having a rig my own, I need to get out and wheel with some more people. Strength in numbers in always the best
