i've been workin on either my crawler or my tow rig every day for that past 2 weeks and its not gonna stop anytime soon.

austin we need to go to carnagie soon to do a shakedown run. its gonna be a mud pit tho

Plans changed, looks like I'm gonna try to drag my pile down there.

Here's what have to do before I leave though:

Install duals
TG crossmember
Cut holes in floor for shifters
Get a rear driveshaft made
Make another square driveshaft for the front
Put my Marlin sliders on
Get on new ps box
Find a trailer to drag it down there..




I'll be towin it with a red, 4 door, 2002 f-250 on swampers. If you see me just holler, I'm gonna need some wheelin buddies

I got forward shift block off plate, speedo ext., flange nuts and triple drilled flanges for my t-cases that should be here this week too. It's gettin a little close...

I will be there Friday with a group of friends to watch, I most likely will be heading there thursday afternoon. I'm bringing the 4runner and some buddies are bringing their K5 blazers.

So all I got to do is sliders, find ifs box and front ds, make square ds and my order from marlin for 2 triple drilled flanges hasn't gone through yet( I placed my order on monday) so I'm call them tommorrow.

And I don't have a tow rig and can't find a trailer so it looks like my buddy and I are gonna be makin the 8-9 hour trek down there in my rig. YEE-HAW!!!

that place is no joke if you drive all the way there and are planning on wheeling. ive done it 10hrs+ 1 way. make sure you bring extra cash if you need to buy parts down there on the lake bed. enough vendors are going to be attending to build a whole entire vehicles so it shouldnt be to big of a deal. i broke everything 2 years ago there and my truck barely limped it back home. it was falling apart 45min away from home.
