My AX10 and XR10

i got all my parts installed. Installed a castle creations sidewinder v2, novak rockstar 45t motor. 13t pinion and lipos. it fully gets it now. i was crawlin with my buddy with a venom creeper and i was takin line he could only dream of. ill try and get pics soon i dont have my camera with me

So good speed when you need it but still able to crawl? I've currently got a 65 turn in my AX10 but keeping the 27 in the Honcho. AX10 is retarded slow lol.

yeah its still able to creep along. i did swap out the pinion to a 13t because i lost the stock one.

Did my first comp today. I got a few things I need/want to change. First is the servo. I need some more umph in that department. Im also goin back to a different shock. The gmades are cool I will keep for a scaler but i need something more tunable. I am also goin to get a battery/ servo tray to get my batteries up front. Thats phase one. Phase 2 is a new chassis. I think I am goin to design my own so we will see what I some up with.

I'm not really a fan of bug bodies but if its what you want. Just going for light weight and low profile or what?

i have always liked the bug body. I am goin to try and do more comps so i want to be competitive. there are a few others that ikinda like as well

santa came early. got a gatekeeper chassis, traxxas big bores, 1000mah lipos, and a new servo. its pretty sick i just need to figure out how to mount the body

Has a gatekeeper chassis, traxxas big bores, losi springs, airtronics servo, CC sidewinder sv2, novak rockstar 45t motor with MIP shafts. I want to get a new body and some rims so I can mount my old proline hammers. I am goin to the dunes and might spring for a 3s lipo and a hobby partz brushless motor in a month or so

so far the shocks are really nice. super smooth and seem like they will hold up. The chassis is nice too almost all my tq twist is gone with it. def worth the money.

just went through and oiled the bearings and greased the gears in the front tomorrow ill do the rear and the tranny. sounds so much better already

the chassis is sick takes gnarly lines i need to tune it a lil bit after the comp today i got some good input from others that have the chassis.

Do you know if running one will make the servo stronger? My servo is weak.

what servo do u got and what esc? are u running lipos? There are times my servo is weak and its because the internal bec on my esc isnt good enough. so it should help also u might have a servo that is on its way out

Servo is a brand new hitech hs-5645mg, currently running rooster crawler, with 2s, sometimes 3s. Will be replacing the rooster with a sidewinder soon.

with 3s u need to have a bec forsure. the internal bec on the rooster may not be up to the task. The sidewinder is a great esc i really like mine.

i had a comp yesterday that I forgot to talk about. I got third. I got a few things I need to tweek for the next one but so far its runnin great. I killed one course with a -13 which was awesome.
