just ordered some new knuckles and inner Cs they are blue but couldnt pass them up for the price. more pics once i  install them

right on, i just bought a built ax10 from a buddy with aluminum clocked c's and knuckle.

i found mine for like 15 bucks shipped. i also changed my shocks back to a normal setup instead of droop. only lifted it maybe 1/2 and inch. looks better now and hopefully it doesnt get hung up as much

Yeah, I had mine super lower at first but I was dragging too much belly and getting hung up a bit so I lifted it a little, works much better.

Lifting it up sure helped a lot. Mashed it around in the snow and hardly got hung up. I'll try and find some rocks that arent covered in snow tomorrow.

i got a new radio on the way. Picked up the futaba 3pmx. i think next is to jump up to the rooster crawler and the 55 motor.

nice car..i would say get the goat 3 brushless combo.. with the 17,5 turn motor.thats wat i run and love it..i use to have the rooster, i didnt like it for the price of it lacked the power that i was hopeing for

yeah i live in the snow and like to mash around and snow crawl thats the main reason i was lookin at the rooster. maybe ill just get the goat 2s and rock a brushed motor. ill prolly go lipo at the same time so it will be a big jump from my old nicads

ya i love the lipo.. such a nice burst of power.. look at the tekken motor setups..u can run 3 cell lipo witch give u a ton of power

i still got some tq twist but it seems a lot less. i do need to mess with my shocks to get them dialed but it helped. I also got the futaba 3pmx radio and receiver and wow what a difference. i cant wait to mess with the 3rd channel. im prolly goin to give rear steer a whirl.

tossed in a 20 turn motor i had for a lil fun in the parkin lot across the street. it was a blast but sucked to crawl no power at all. might swap it back in when it snows. i kinda want a stampede now too, so i can go fast as well.
Go with a Slash for high-speed fun, they are indestructable!!
