hey i am having a really difficult time bleeding my steering, which i expected. i bought a new steering box and the new one has a bleeder valve on the top, does anyone know how to bleed the system using this valve?

slower

i have never heard of a bleeder valve on a pump before. but to bleed a pump just turn the wheels lock to lock until it stops whining and then fill to full
never once have i ever wanted to see the reduce speed ahead sign so bad

You do have a bleeder on your box you can use it if you choose it is similar to bleeding your brakes.  Since your box is new I would cycle the steering several times with the front in the air.  Check your fluid level and fill up if necessary.  Then turn it on and go lock to lock until you get a good feel in the steering.

Here's how I did mine, this is a full install build. Did you prime the box before installing it? That by itself takes care of most of the air in the box.
