Any KOH updates?  I haven't had a chance to catch up with Joe.  And, is that my old Runner in the background on those snow pics from your 12/23 post?  Miss that truck, was hoping I'd see it in pics!

KOH was incredible. Wheeled the piss outta my runner. Ran Chocolate thunder 3 times, Lower Big Johnson, Upper Big Johnson, Boulderdash, Clawhammer and a few others I don't recall. Had the time of my life co-driving for steve925's 4508 EMC car. We had an awesome race aside from timing out do to a few issues, but we still made it to mile 88 or so. Can't wait til next year.

Nice.  Sounds like a blast, cool pics.  Glad to hear the old truck is being used and enjoyed.

Did some work to the truck to get it ready for MCR.

-Got new Iroks. Couldn't pass up the deal on cosmetic blems from interco.




-Discovered that my steering box was wasted. Sector shaft splines were twisted and it had about a half turn of freeplay. Replaced with a box I'd been hoarding for a while.


-The front third mounting studs had stretched and caused it to leak. Drilled and tapped for 3/8" grade 8 studs and nuts.


-Also added a sub and amp I had kicking around.

Ready for an awesome weekend trail riding.

1/18/14 Updates.

Went on a Fordyce trip in November. Very slick conditions and ended up flopping it twice. As a matter of fact, everone in our group was on there side atleast once. Good times. My trucks sheetmetal is looking pretty "seasoned" these days.





Put on a straighter set of front fenders, added some HID's and DIY beadlocks. Can't wait for KOH. Co-driving for the 4508 Mod class car again this year. Very excited!
