Thanks for the compliments guys!

Just got these pics from a buddy that are from our last Fordyce trip. Thought I'd post a few of my favorites.

Also was able to drill and easy out the 5 broken hub studs and replace them. It's so nice having a decent air drill, sharp drill bit and good easy outs. Just bought the drill a few weeks back, a little spendy but very nice. Also picked up some wakeboard style speaker cans to hang from the roll cage. I'll get pics once there installed tommorow.

redrocket93

Thanks man.

Got my wakeboard tower speakers put together and installed today.

Gonna be riding 3 deep in my runner this coming weekend and needed all the extra cargo space I can get so I decided to whip up a spare tire carrier that can easily be removed when not needed.

Used some .250 wall receiver stock came up with this. Capped the end and added a pinch bolt to the reciever hitch to keep the whole setup flopping around. It's really solid.

Been thinking about doing the wake board tower speaker thing also. Does it sound good?

They sound okay. Not a lot of bass but have decent highs. Some 6x9's in the rear side panels would compliment them nicely.

Been awhile since I've updated my build. Not pictured are the ARP hub studs I FINALLY bought after breaking countless stockers. Also installed crow 4 point harness' and welded in a seat beat cross bar behind the front seats.

Pulled my t-cases to install twin sticks. Made a floor jack stand to hold my cases out of an old tranny jack. Worked great and let me remove and install my cases by myself.

Finally finished up my roll cage. Pulled out the windshield and welded in 3/16" plate between the A-pillar tube and factory sheet metal. Did this to add rigitity to the cage and so that the windshiled mounting surface can keep it's shape in a flop.

Bought and installed 20 china led light pods for rocklights. They work great.

Took it to Fordyce last month for some snow wheelin/camping.

Still got some work to do prepping for KOH. Stay tuned for updates.

Scored some led lights off a totalled machine at my work. They are about twice as bright as my headlights on highbeam. Pretty stocked on em. Should make blasting across the desert at the Hammers more fun.

Knocked out a bunch of little crap today getting ready for the Hammers.

-Went over every nut and bolt.
-Changed engine oil and filter.
-Checked and topped off all other fluids.
-Installed new pressure regulator and oil seporator for my york setup.
-Put my Iroks on.
-Got my stock radio antenna working so I can listen to the live KOH FM radio feed.
-Took the hard top off.
-Gave everthing else a good once over.

I'm so ready for KOH!!

4runner top removal made easy

Top removal made easy indeed! Why did you replace the pressure regulator for the York, other 1 not working?

I replaced the 110 on, 150 off regulator for a 90 on 120 off. The compressor was working to hard with such high pressures. It seemed like it was getting to hot before. Just something for you to keep in mind.

John Doe

Thanks. As it is I have been busy with other projects to finish up the install on mine.
