swapped89 If you do go Dual Cases and HP or just DC, Dont weld on your axle a third time in the same place. Those welds could have some bad effects on the metal. Get your self another axle. Better safe than sorry.
Good to hear it's going well. I've done many cut and turns and it just makes everything line up so much better. I never pay attention to how much I've rotated. I just set the angle where it needs to be and set the knuckles where they should be and weld it up.
On Extreme this weekend Ian cut and turned the knuckles on his toyota Project.. Funny thing was I swear I heard him say how he was doing it to get a better pinion angle all while trying to keep his "CAMBER" correct.. Man they really need to edit before airing.... He should have said castor

Very interesting read, are their any issues with pinion bearing oiling? What about driveshaft angles, just a different joint in the shaft to compensate for the different diff flange / case flange angles?
