do toyota trucks and 4runners have Interchangeable fenders?

I have an 89 toyota 4x4 truck and need a front driver-side fender that's local to my small town and i got a call from a guy that has an 89 toyota 4runner fender but doesn't know if it will be the same as my truck. are they interchangeable?

I hate to tell you but in 89 Toyota trucks and 4Runners were not the same, the new generation pickup had been released and the 4Runner was on its last year of the earlier generation. So they are not interchangeable. Look ma no rude comment.

I dont know what generation 4runner i got it from but but i got a fender from a 4runner that fits my truck just fine. now im selling it to buy an extra cab.

i got 4 runner fenders on my woods beater truck an its a 93

yup the fenders fit my truck. im painting the hood and fender the next time we get some good weather. the front frame of the truck right behind the bumper is bent in a little so i have to find out a way to pull it out some then im selling it to this chick in medford in a couple weeks for 2500.
