Any guy who takes his woman wheeling enjoys her. A woman who is owned is left at home to cook, clean, and keep beer cold. So if this offends you you should stop looking and go have some tacos.    :rofl2: And a beer. If your old enough.   :beerchug:

I need 37's!!!

Got my rock lights hooked up today, there bad! Also got my seats mounted and started hooking up my guages..

I gotta raise my bed up a couple more inches for when I pick up some 37's and I need to move my shock mounts a lil more closer together on my rear hoop because they bottom out before my springs go flat...

If i were you I wouldn't raise the bed. I would cut it out instead because it will look horrific if you just raised it up. I'm not trying to rag on you or anything but I would look into that just because it will be a square box way above your frame.

Yea it would be cool to add some wheel wells or something like that but thats just a lot more work and more tube..it will be a lot easier to raise it like 2 more inches..

notch your flatbed for tire clearance, or chop that section out above the tires and build a new piece like this /-\ so your tire has room to fit up inside.

Thats just gonna take up deck space and require more work and more tube to build it...

I like the easy way

i drive my rigs to the trail. the last crawler that i just sold was all truggied out in the back and i still had room to carry all the trail tools and other stuff i needed.  i suppose for the rubicon you need room to pack alot of camping gear and that crap too

i would draw you something up on paint or look it up but it wouldnt be hard at all to do it the way im thinking it was exactly what pumpkintoy said. I would just get some tubing same as what you have cut a section out and build it up and around sheet metal it so its fenders, thus taking maybe 3 hours and will look clean. Then you can deck up to it and in front of it utalizing all the space. think about a regular bed you have wheel wells in a bed and sides, granted you have a shorter bed space but dont most of us? haha just something to think about. Also like pumkin toy said if you don't care how it looks then go for it I just think you may regret it in the long run.

Moved the shock mounts more towards the middle on the rear hoop, welded my flatbed together w/o fender wells  cus I'm gonna keep the 33's. Dd'ing it with 38's doesn't sound like too much fun.. Also painted my doors black. I'm planning on testing it out at hollister next week, we'll see how it does.

Things I need to do before Hollister:
new center pins for my chevy springs
strengthen rear crossmember/shackle mount set up
weld d-rings on
finish wood deck for flatbed and mount toolbox

Will have more pics soon..
