'94 supra seats, very comfy even after 8hrs on the trail, and I have a FUBAR'd lower back(4 hurniated discs).

Definitely stay away from any of the seats you see at the local parts stores, they are cheap as hell and not worth a damn.  If you can't/don't want to pay $2-400+/seat for the good after market seats, just grab some factory buckets from a wrecking yard, usually run $60-100/pair.

alright then, if i go that route let me know what seats bolt up, im not too crafty and i would want something that bolted up obviously the 4runner seats would bolt up and be a lot more comfy than my 85 sr5 seats. They look cool and all but they are low and just seem to leave me in pain everytime im on the trail all day.

also if anyone is runnin the prp let me know what u think about it i saw they are only about 220 and poly performance has free shipping on them. i could probably pull that off one at a time, haha     F    the passenger.

Since you aren't that crafty I would stick to either 4-Runner or truck seats up through the 1st Gen Taco and 3rd Gen Runner.  They should be an a most a direct bolt in.  Usually the outer two seat mounts line up with the stock seat mounts,  the inner rear often lines up with the seat belt mount, and the inner front usually has to be drilled.  IME, the bucket seats often need the outer rear mount shimmed a little to level out the back of the seats.  This seems to be the case unless the buckets came from the same year truck/Runner as yours.

Celica, MR2, Corolla, and Cressida seats from the mid 80's into the '90s should also work w.o much effort.  Again IME the outer two mounts tend to line up, the inner ones usually have to be drilled.
MR2 Recarro's

The 60/40 split buckets from the 3rd gen X-cabs will also fit into the 2nd gen cab.

If you are tall, make sure to look for seats from either trucks or sport/sporty cars.  While these '96 Accord seats lined up(the outer two mounts), at 6'2" I had to fold myself a little to get into the cab.

Unfortunately the older bucket seats can have a lot of wear on the springs and cushions, especially the drivers, so when looking if you can't find a good drivers, pick up 2 passenger seats and 1 driver seat.  You can usually swap out the bottom and back cushions.  If you don't mind the adjustment levers on the opposite side you could just grab two passenger seats.

The link below is the Hunsaker seats I picked up a while back. They are a full suspension seat plus the reline. To me it's the perfect mix.

You usually have to order mounting brackets for most after market seats.  You can also either fabricate your own, or cut stock mounts off of some buckets(or two sets of bench seats) and weld them onto the after market seats.
