Topic: Question on downey springs.... can anyone help?

ok, so i have a set of downey 3" lift springs that came with the truck. i need to place bushings on them but dont know if they take the same standard size as the stock leafs or if they whent to a different bushing size..... how do i find out and where do i go to get new ones? downey is out of business so its not like i can ask em

id be willing to bet one of marlins bushings would fit
small is 29.75 mm  od
large is 39.5  mm od

thats what im thinking but need to measure them once i get home............ or just order one of each to sample them on there i guess....

downey used oem style/size bushings

Having owned a few sets, I've always used the oem bushings. They worked just fine. Other times when I didn't have oem I used standard neoprene bushings made for stock Toyota springs.
