This just plain blows. Kyle was great guy to be around and talk to. I remember he helped me greatly back when I was in highschool on my senior project. It makes you think not to take anyday for granted and enjoy your time on earth.

RIP Kyle.... :beerchug:

Really unfortunate to hear. Never met him but did talk a little over the board and he seemed like he was a stand up guy. His toy was one of the first i had seen and it truly inspired me and is probably my favorite 1st gen.

Kyle was the first person i met in RL from MC. In fact, the whole reason i registered on Marlin was because I saw an add he posted in the classifieds. I met him on a few occasions, the last time I saw him, he invited me over to his house and we had some Mountain Dews on his porch.
Kyle was always the first one to answer any questions i had and always offered to help me with my truck. I would have messed up a good deal many more things then I did without his tips.
If i wasn't up in alaska for school now I would definitely bring my truck to the memorial. I hope you guys are able to do that, it would be awesome.

So :beerchug: buddy, and i'll crack a dew for you!

I've been off the forums for a while. Tonight, checking lilbuddy's for sale post, noticed RIP Kyota.
Just found this post.

I'm stunned. I hope everyone showed up in their rigs.  If I had known, I would have been there with mine.
I'm so sorry for Jan's loss and our prayers are with her.

I wanted to go to the service, but I couldn't get time off.  Already had too many people call in "sick" before I made the call yesterday morning.   But I did take some time and thought about him.

Awwww, Ryan that sucks man, sorry to hear.  :(   And Prismo's son was in the hospital so he couldn't make it at all.  Any reports from anyone who was able to attend?  I'm sure it was very nice.  I'm pretty certain Marlin and Christine made it.
RIP Kyle, we love and miss you man.  :smooch:

Yes, Marlin and Christine made it. I got a call from Marlin on his way home and he reported that the service was nice, and that the minister who performed the service included rock crawling in his speech. He called my work phone however, and I only got his message this morning
