i got this same hair up my butt once but never did it. but from what everyone on here told me after I searched was that it is simple
u need a tranny and case,   duh
clutch, flywheel, clutch master and slave cylinder, and new tran case mount the old crossmember works. the auto ecu even works u just gotta trick thit into thinking its always in neutral.  oh yeah and drill a hole in your firewall and mount pedal

theres a connector down there some where u make a jumper wire

Super easy. Takes a weekend and an extra set of hands. Get a trans jack.

trans and case
NEW clutch/PP
resurfaced flywheel w/ NEW bolts

There is a plug you can cut off to jump two wires. Under the engines intake. Need to re-wire the reverse lights.

It's not hard, just make a list of everything you need and go over it 1000X to make sure your not missing anything.

PS. Do duals while your under there  :disturbed:

Hahaha I just started this swap on my 87 turbo 4runner :shocking: I bought an 86 turbo 5speed truck this weekend and am just now finishing up stripping it. I am now wondering if I am in WAY over my head... :screwy:
