I dont smoke anymore. Beer: Arrogant b*std, Sierra Nevada Pale Ale, or Stone IPA. Pretty much only drink Sailer Jerry rum if I drink liquor.

Its all about the stone brews, man... anything stone, and then dogfishead 90 minute ipa, long hammer ipa, odell's ipa, oggis ipa, widmer hefe, broken halo, moose drool, nimbus oatmeal stout, and if i feel like pissin 97 times and not gettin drunk, coors light. Yeah i was on a beer diet for a while and only drank Coors Light. Hated it. I love all Stone brews, dogfishhead is awesome, same with everything else you mentioned but I am not fan of the widmer though. need to try the nimbus oatmeal, its the only one i have not tried out of your list. hard to find the moose drool around here, only one place in town that I know of stocks it. But Stone definitely blows most breweries out of the water, I love everything they produce.

I do get in the mood for Jack Daniels once and a while, and if i go to the bars I like redbull and jager. but its not often i drink either of those.

Youve gotta try the nimbus! best local brew here in az, its a meal in a glass for sure... Kiltlifter is good too, but im not big on scottish ale. Moose drool is 10x better in montana, and 100x better on tap in montana. Old chicago has it on tap here in phx and it is about as good as bottled in montana. They have dogfishead 90min on tap at 2.50/pint, so I never get it anymore... lol

x2 on the jack, but my face made me lay off til the scaring eases up...damn shallow pools.

 Don't smoke much but I like the different flavors the micros offer. Red Tail, Eye of the Hawk, Black Eye Ale, Mirror Pond, Inversion IPA, Long Hammer, Session lager, Caldera IPA, Broken Halo, Sierra Pale, Steelhead XP, Jamaica Red, and Boon't Amber Ale, to name a few enjoyed regularly around here lol!
oh, don't forget Budweiser IPA ha ha jk.

Pbr, or ceers orignal. Smoke marb reds or camel filters. Used to chew grizz gren or cope long cut or a mix of 50/50 with them. Hard a not so much just dont like the taste of ether.
