So I'm a long time yota enthusiast, I've had an 87 4 runner (bone stock until the tranny/t-case grenaded), a 79 2wd, and the last one was an 82 with tons of mods (carb, headers, exhaust, gears, lockers, 6" lift but then suffered from a cracked block right as I was moving up north to go to college.

I moved up to the San Francisco Bay area from the Sac area and then a few years before that from Ventura/LA.

I picked up an 85 4 runner for dirt cheap this week, but I got what I paid for... lots of work to do to it and I'm looking to do it for as cheap as possible as I am still finishing college.
