Nice clean looking rig.

Unfortunately what it is worth and what you can get for it in todays market are two different issues.  A few yrs ago here in CA you could have likely gotten $5-6k for it as it is, now you can get completely built clean rigs for that amount.

You should take a look at the craigslist.com for your area/surrounding communities in TX, and see what similar rigs are listing for.

A good method for pricing it is take the high blue book value, add on 50% of the cost of the bumpers, sliders, lift/larger tires, and propane injection, then add about $500-1000 negotiating room.  I would think getting $3500 for it would be a fair price.  I know it has the sought after SA, but the wheeling community is no longer growing like it once was, so the demand isn't there(at least not here in CA) to push prices up much above KBB.

IMO, being the only owner of it and with the condition it is in, if you don't need/have to sell it, it would be worth swapping the gears and continue to keep it for a nice DD.

i Think its a beautifull truck. I spent 3200 for my truck full of dents minimal rust and lots of quirks.
i think my body is in way better shape than that rig but the engine and armor make up for it . as my truck sits right now without trail armor i was offered 5000. i think its a fair price but i have so much time invested not to mention money.
Snow toy is right though. i can dump 5000 more into it, fact is its only a 3000 truck no matter how much i spend.
unless the right person comes along.

if you were here in san diego 5 months ago when i was looking for a truck i would have offered 4000 and most likely would have went as high as 5800 just because its basicaly done and you dont have to go chasing and wasting valuble time. and i am good at body work and could fix the rust no problem.
here is a brief list of what i spent so far to compare to value here in socal
truck 3200
rear 3rd 400
drive shaft 300
rebuilt rear axle and brakes 300 plus my time
timming chain 250
new front axle housing 180
total rebuild of front axle with brake upgrade/ junk yard parts 300
paint and body 300 plus a 40 hour week of my time
degreaser 100
interior so far 500
raptor liner bed 120
all this equals almost 6000 and i did not even include lift springs and carpet etc !!!!
just hold out for what you want just dont try and get all of your money back. good luck!

Its a nice looking truck, and i think you should be able to get 4500 - 5000 dollars for it, but in your picture i saw one major problem and that would be with the rear brakes, the rod for the load sensing proportioning valve is all the way down, and with it like that you will have little to no rear brakes. the rod needs to be moved up so its level and will allow your rear brakes to work properly.

If it were'nt for the rust I'd say you could ask for $6800 but after seeing that I'd say $5500 Tops
