What exactly are turtle points and how do you get them ?, reason i ask is that yesterday i had no turtle points and today i have one, so im just wondering how you get them ?.

If they are nothing special why can you not place an ad in the for sale sect without them?

Seriously?  Where in the world did you get that idea?  You have to have a certain amount of posts before you can place an ad, so you at least appear to be somebody who hopes to be a productive member of the site, rather than a spammer who merely joined to sell their junk.
