You may give or take 1 turtle point per memver per hour, to a member of the forum for any acts you feel significant, positive or negative. For example:
you ask a question because you'd like help finding the answer from someone with experience and you get:
A) a citation to the FSM or threads outlining your required info
Give a turtle point if it helped you and he/she was nice about it!
B) heckling and criticism that distract from the focus of the thread topic or otherwise useless, unhelpful info
Take a turtle point... don't be a d*** on a collective works of knowledge from 35 years of Toyota offroading and make fun of someone because they asked a question you had to ask to get the answer to once.

You can give or take them with the + or - by the members name on the left where their avatar is. I gave you a turtle point on principal. There you go, your gold star for today haha

Turtle points are karma points characterized in the image of the turtle!
