OTT makes an adapter, as well as a 20R/22R-to-SM465 adapter(couldn't really find a practical use for that though)

the sm 420/465 have super low gears and mount up to a 4.3 chevy
they have a 23 spline output
toyota tcases  have a 23 spline and i already  have twins
i'm puting a 4.3 in my crawler and want to make my rear end gears stronger by getin 4.88s(now rining 5.29s
thats why + a sm420/465 is stronger than a g52/w56/r151

All SM 420's have a 10 spline output, and SM465's have a 10, 29, or 35 spline ouitputs.
They never had a 23 spline output.

We have the SM420 and SM465 adapters in stock. You must have a 10 spline output trans.
