eggrolls and
Any guy who takes his woman wheeling enjoys her. A woman who is owned is left at home to cook, clean, and keep beer cold. So if this offends you you should stop looking and go have some tacos.    :rofl2: And a beer. If your old enough.   :beerchug:

Chicken and dumpling soup in a cup.  Woulda been grilled chicken but I opened the fridge last night and could smell the chicken had gone off a day before the use by date  :shake:

it was beef stroganoff and fresh green beans, but now the question is what's for breakfast?
It was just crazy to see this deer leap all suicidal style off this embankment right in front of us.

Last night's dinner, my daughter's idea -- chinese (your choice) wrapped in a tortilla that's been heated in a pan with butter.
Turned out to be excellent!   :yumyum:

Snap, I forgot about that email  :slap:

I need to fill the propane tank for the grill next payday, buy a couple big bags of chicken and greens and start eating more consistent dinners.

Toymin8tor, what sauce do you use for pulled pork sandwiches?  If home made, whats the recipe.  I'm gonna do a pulled pork and haven't found a sauce I like.  I like a good vinegar based flavor.

I usually don't do exact measurments but it is based on this recipe

2 cups ketchup
1 cup water
1/4 cup light-brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
1 1/2 teaspoons dry mustard powder
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup apple-cider vinegar
2 tablespoons light corn syrup

You will need to bring it up to a near boil to disolve the surgars.  You can adjust the amount of vinegar and brown sugar to your tastes.   You can also adjust the abount of water(or beer) to your desired thickness.

If you want a great store bought sauce get Sweet Baby Ray's and add some cider vinegar to it.

First attempt at pizza on the grill.  Not bad.  But I could do better, need a pizza stone.

We did flat bread pizza last time we were camping. Set it on low an kept an eye on it, maybe 10-15min? I loved it, had a really nice smoky taste to it. Although I didnt get a picture of it done.
