What is the best way to put on the race in a solid axle wheel hub for a wheel bearing?

X2, MAKE SURE you dont use a steel rod or just a hammer or anything of the like. IF you do not adhere to this you CAN damage the races and most likely will. Also, I have used a 1" thick 12" section of wooden dowel to do it

Also, dont forget the Thermo method, if you cant get em in try puttin em in the freezer for a half hour first before you try to slip em in (put em in while there cold).
