Hey.
Anyone want to help me install a manual tranny/t-case in my 85x-cab, to replace that crappy auto  :flamer:

Located in Cortez, CO zip 81321.  :help:

I could feed you and get beer for after we get it accomplished.

I never installed something like this.

I did this swap to my 85 runner really simple. I would come give you a hand but i am in Castle Rock and Cortez is about 7 to 8 hours away. But feel free to ask any thing and i will help you out the best i can. here is a link that might help.

Cortez doesn't exactly have a big population to draw from!

Oh I know its good and its not so good for population lol.  Umm Tucson, I might do that, not sure if I can drive that far with it. No dates set on when am going to tackle it. I have no tow-rig unless I fix the 5-10mpg 76 F-250 :gap:

lol i had a 76 f250 high -boy with a 360, loved that truck, thing was a tank but ya 5 to 7 mpg killed me but i drove it daily for 2yr about 70miles a day. you can put a cummins 6bt in it, that will get you 15 to 20mpg lol

i hate to say it but i hate dodge lol. it has a 390 big block in it now.
it looks like am going to postpone my install till down the road again.
I will update this when I do it, with pics and stuff.
