Hendrix Chassis ???
« on: May 03, 2009, 07:57:59 PM »
I have been building an 86 for over the last year now and now i want to build a formula toy out of what i have now. I am thinking about ordering a chassis from hendrix motorsports and want to know how tough it is to do the swap and also the pros and cons. I would like to eventually one day get into competition. I am looking to start the project within the next few months so all the help i can get would be greatly appreciated.

Took me over a year to do mine, but that was between going over seas for work and being to broke to buy stuff  I started with a 2 wheel drive frame also, so I had to make crossmembers and locate the suspension and all the other stuff that is already done when you just convert a truck. And I would not take it out till it was done the why I wanted it to look. But it was worth all it!!!! I love driving my F-Toy, they are badd ass...
