Half door internals?

What do you guys do for the internals of you half doors? the stuff like the locks and door handles and opening and closing the doors securely. thanks for any info.

I took all the door latch crap and the door lock out, I made a cut right above where the latch mechanism is and just retained the latch. My doors were quick, made em in just a few hours but if you look at that link you can see what people did. The possibilities are endless. I used a 2x4 to fill in the gap (I don't have a welder) using self tapping screws to hold it secure, then cut the stock interior panels to size, then folded them over to cover up the exposed metal.
