i mounted and wired my winch today and got the material for my bumper i may build it and sell it and buy thicker  on mine i only got 120 and it wont be enough for what i want but will still be bling on a truck that wont get used as much as mine will so if anyone wasnt to buy this pig from me when im done i only want my cost pluss a little labor and as of now i have 1 hr into it

bumper at the moment all it needs is to be welded it is all strongly tacked in place

Front bumper looks good.  When do you think you will have it mounted?  I am thinking of building one that is similar for my truck.

well i sold that one and im building one thats the same but it will stick out a little farther to accomidate my winch and im doing it in 3/16 so its a little more beef they are pretty easy to do and not that expensive

realy like the way you did the stinger/tube part of it. Here is mine. Im thinking of cutting the tube off and doing somthing more like that your design. change is good

i just ordered my 4.7 kit will be here on monday and i got a co2 tank insted of building an onboard air system i will see how it works if it doesnt work i will go onboard air

So did you build that beefy looking bumper and mount it with the stock bumper brackets? Will your new one be mounted any better? I like the way it looks, but it would be tweaked sidways if you hit a big rock.

No i brought square tubing off my frame when i did my sas with plenty of gusets. I smoked a big tree with it. Didnt bend or tweek it at all

ya that one was just for looks kinda and if i looked at that one too hard it would have bent them stock mounts my new one is 3/16 thick and my mounts are 3/8 plate and will be plenty gusseted it will be built to be a pluck point or a battering ram . im almost done with it but i told my wife that i would so some work to the house before i work on my truck anymore.(gotta keep the  woman happy)

it does look scary, but it will be sick when its done. what are the plans for making the top work as part of the door?

ya it will open with the door but not roll down right now maybe later but im not sure how to do it and i will figure it out later
