1987 Toyota 4x4 trail rig.  Lots of new parts and lots of extra parts.  Receipts totalling over $7,000 and that's not even including the cost of buying the truck in the first place.  All mods were professionally done.  It has the original 22R carburated engine.  Please note that I'm creating this ad for my husband, and I'm doing the best I can but please ask questions if I've missed something obvious!

This is a very solid, clean truck, the frame has never been plated, no holes or rust on frame.  We've put less than 600 miles on this truck in the past two years.

Here's what I know:

Marlin rear lift kit 4"
Yukon 5.29 gears front and rear
Spool in rear axle
Marlin rock sliders
Marlin SAS kit
Brand new Super Swamper TSL SX's 36x12.50
Grant steering wheel
Tachometer on dash
Interior lined with spray-on bedliner
Optima red top battery
TRD racing seats (few rips)
Brand new sunroof
All Pro t-case mounted e-brake
Custom exhaust
Brand new clutch

There are receipts here for all sorts of other stuff like a new rearview mirror, brake pads & rotors, K&N filter, new performance radiator, knuckle kit with wheel bearings & HD seals and 54mm hub socket from Marlin, creeper gusset kit, brake backing plate eliminator, toy axle truss, brake proportioning, new fender flares.

Extra parts:  Custom-made half doors, extra transmission and transfercase, extra 85 front axle, brand new birfield joints new in box, other misc. parts.

ALSO HAVE: BRAND NEW MC07-R10 dual adapter kit from Marlin that we JUST bought, new in box, plus the top shift transfer case needed to build the dual t-case.

Things to note: it still needs a front drive shaft, haven't gotten around to that after the SAS yet.  The engine runs and sounds good but keep in mind it's the original and it's getting a little bit tired.  And finally, the interior isn't beautiful.  haha.  It's definitley a trail rig, not a show truck.

We're in Central PA and have been on the board for a few years now.  Lots of members can vouch for what's gone into this truck.  We are looking to sell it and start over with a new project.  We just built a new house and need to stick to one project at a time.   Please feel free to ask any questions you may have and I'll get them answered as soon as possible.  Thanks!

Asking $5,800

RIP Kyle, we love and miss you man.  :smooch:

UPDATE:  Truck is gone!   Guy still for sale.

Here's the deal folks.  Sold it to a local kid and worked out a deal with him.  We kept the 36" swampers and the wheels off of it (which we have for sale for $1,000).  He gave us two 8" 5.29 ring and pinions (brand new from Marlin) and two Yukon setup kits with solid spacers (also brand new from Marlin), and a complete 7.5 5.29 IFS third member (which also has brand new Yukon gear in it), and one damn fine top shift t-case out of an 83 truck, and finally $3,000 cash on top of that stuff.

We feel pretty comfortable with the deal.  So now we're on the prowl for a 92-94 4cyl.  And again, we now have the 36" super swamper TSL SX's for sale, on Pro Comp steel wheels, basically all brand new.
