Rusted Frame

I just bought a '92 shortbed 22re 5spd 4x4 for a song!
One problem with it is that the rear half of the frame is so rusted, I can easily poke my finger through it at various places.
I just purchased some 2" x 4" rectangular tubing to replace everything from the cab back.
I work at a machine shop, but this is my first time at tackling anything like this, so I will document the process with lots of pictures and info.
