ok so now for the dove tail and what i did with the fuel tank after the 1link

and than the first run on the new suspension. The top spring retainer was just a piece of 2" wide by 3" long by 1/4 thick flat stock, ya it was not working that happened 2 times. It is now a 3" circle cut from 1/4" stock and COtoy91 truck that rolled into a fallen tree lol 

and the springs i had on the were 2" lift front tj spring. i have since lowered it 2" with stock tj springs and took out some front leafs.

yeah i kinda fixed that issue, detent ball and spring are a little worn, tcase pops out into neutral

that sucks, so you just have to hold the shifter so it stays in 4x4?

looking to get some 4.7 gears and ill get the stronger spring at the same time and see if that solves the issue, otherwise ill do what some people do and use a bungee cord lol

In high school i new a guy that used a bungee on his brake peddle (peddle to seat), i don't know why i never asked i just assumed it was a jeep thing lol.

ever worry that the coil wont end up back in the right spot??  how does it do on the road at speeds??

LOL its not suppose to do that i needed to make bigger upper spring retainer witch i did. the coils can drop about 2" before the hit the spring retainer.  the 2x that happened i had to have COtoy91move the spring to where it needed to go as i slowly rolled froward. on the highway it fells like it did when i had leaf spring, corners are not a problem at all. the anti squat is right around 25ish so it has very good road manners.

i bought 150 of all grade 5 for 40 to 50ish, i always go there cheep and i have a account there so i get a discount. i was going to get grade 8 but when you have 32 and only tq to 20ft-lbs g/8 is over kill and a wast of money. you buying some locks?

yes and barbed compression fitting on the hard line to the engine.

you bet, i had to order the compression fitting, it not just a home depot special there fitting are to big or to small i needed one in the middle if that makes sense.

do you happen to remember where you ordered them or part numbers by any chance they should just be 5/16 compression fitting to 5/16 barbed end im assuming...  i tried google to find one but no luck yet thanks for the help not trying to steal your thread im just doin the exact same thing right now and all i need is those fittings

ya to right behind the cab in the bed, i flatbellied the truck so there was no sense in leaving the tank hanging down there.
