Revolver Shackels

I hear these things kick butt, anyone out ther ever installed a set?  Claims 10 inches of additional droop in suspension, sounds like a sure thing to me. But I was curious if it would actually lower the truck since you install it on the rear shackle.

they do drop.  It depends on how big a shackle you have on there for it to lower or raise the vehicle.  I get about 5-8 inches of drop with my double shackle setup using the chevy shackle.  you need really long shocks though.

My friend threw some on his ride(a jeep),and he did loose some height, but he was pretty happy with them.Make sure you have long enough shocks, like Hyena said, long enough brake lines, and you need to make sure your driveshaft will pull out enough without pulling apart.

You only loose hieght if you have long shackles on right now.  My dad loves his they drop great, but as said before make sure everything will flex with them you dont want things to break because you flex to much

im runnin ford explorer rear springs with my front and rear perches moved. I use the revolvers upside down and turned around with this set up and 14in travel procomp shocks tilted twards the center and it works great. only complaint i had about them with my stock springs is on hard acceleration the back of the truck would jack up! never happend under hard braking for some reason though....

a friend of mine has them.scariest ting i eve saw was folowing him.watched the shackle open while going down a steep hill.ft tires dopped off a small rock and things just opened up.i thought for sure it was going over end over end.thing made it down, but driver was a bit shaken up.do they work yeah but not just a bolt on.can they get you in trouble yeah.thing you gota thing about is what kinda terrain you run.if its mostly rocks and pretty flat i figure it would be fine.steep hills and such they no the greatest for coming down.
