boomerang shackles??

has any one heard of these or used them? supposedly they give youmore flex?? what you guys think?

You won't have to cut your body mounts.

But by default, rears give you more flex.  :yupyup:

Still have to cut body mounts!!  haha..  (Maybe not as much though.)

I've used them for ~ 5 years now.  Same as 5" straight shackles..  Just curved to avoid the body mounts when you put rears up front.  (spring is alittle longer than stock)

i had to cut my body mount even though i installed boomerang shackles. the toyota rear springs flex so much that a straight shackle will usually hit the body mount and make stuff bind
82 hilux, bobbed, really fast 22r, 2 transfer cases, ARB's, 5.29's, 37" MTR's. Custom everything.

i run then on mine w/ the Rancho 41044's (i think that's the number  :smack: ). didn't have to cut the body mount. I like them.

i just put those on my 4runner. i think that they are really nice becuase u dont have to cut the body mount.
