That green really looks good on the 2nd gen body!  I'm getting a dead link on the reno4x4 site  :dunno:  So there are 2 rigs, or you swapped the body to the 2nd gen cab?

I swapped the cab to the 2nd gen cab! I wheeled the old cab for 7 years 3 with a full cab and yota axles 1 with a cab and 3/4 ton axles then went to the 60's and flopped it first trip out cut the cab off and tried my first attemt at tubing! Wasnt pretty but held up over 3 years of extreme torture! I have always wanted a second gen ex cab and got the cab for free and swaped it on to my old running gear and frame!

Ok I have a new stradegy for this project and it seems to be working so far! I am finishing one thing at a time I have to many things half done! So this last week I have been focusing on the bed and all thats left is the paint and tail lights!
Here is the inside of the bed and the sides

Got tabs? all together I added 38 tabs! To mount the inner pannels the floor and the pannels

Here are the templets for the pannels me and L.D made using poster board

Here are some pics of the actual panels un painted

I am hoping to have the panels painted this week and finish up all the kickers on the sliders. I am pretty sure as long as my wife doesnt pop The rest of the cage will be completed oh I also mounted the high lift! out of the way but accesable.

Ok well I got my battery cables ran and my oh**** box mounted!
I ran the cables from the front of the truck to the rear through the frame.

I had to mount the battery in the back because I dove tailed the front so much
Here is my oh**** box

I welded a divider in it to make a place for the battery

I used one of the weld on summit battery trays to secure the battery
