The MTR's are the tire to go for a rig thats going to be more DD than trail they hold up nicely on the road and have good offroad maners...the TSL is a little bit more trail that road but its still a strong contender :beerchug:

MTR's kick backside for the rocks and the road but they SUCKKKKKKKK for mud, ask me how I know.   ::) :shake:

I have had mine over a year, have probablly 20K miles and still look new minus the rock rash and junk.

85 Runner, 5" All-Pro Extreme Lift, Complete Marlin T-Case with new TS 4.7 gears, Super Birfields(Longfields), 5:29's, Detroited front, Spooled rear, 36" TSL's, Bikini top.

They aren't really a on road tire expecially when it is wet. When the truck is about to slide out from underneath you it is to late then you go to correct your path and the front slides. In other words there is crapy on road traction. But the pay up for it off road.
