yea my buddy went to oregon and got hooked on it...and i didnt want to follow the norm of mounting them under the bed plus this way if i go to a link set-up i already have coilover mounts

yeah i have like no up travel in the shock the way mine are set up but my shocks were free so ill use them as bump stops for now:)

thats what i did for the longest time but its night and day in hadling when i got good shocks with good travel...

haha for some reason my junk actually rides decent for having 38s and beadlocks... went liek 80 the other day no wobble just felt like i was about to fly though  . but i plan on running something different in the future. You sould let me know how those do.

does it have and axle rap because of them being mounted strait up or bad body roll?

Nice mine helped my body roll a bunch i could hit a 40 mile an hour corner at 45 and do the three wheel motion it was scary haha.

so quick update...i lost my camera somewhere but im helping a buddy build a 91 toyota V6 4x4 with all chevy running gear, suspention, and axles so i get all the stuff i want off his toyota. so since i blew up yet another R&P this time with 31" A/T's im swapping in the rear ifs axle with the v6 3rd then putting the longger rear leafs up front on mine...

so after yet another tire swap and a 12 mile prerun throught the riverbed i blew up yet another rear end...this time it was a stock 4.10 OG from 84(as far as i know) while running 31x10.5's.  so due to low funds and no rtv i just swapped a stock 91 ifs v6 rear axle and third under it, installing my u-bolt flip kit in the process. i also recieved a twisted spool for free and sent it back to randy's for a free warrenty replacement.  next is to send my 4.88 third out to get warrentied and have the spool installed.....pics coming as soon as i find my card reader

I second, or third or whatever that motion.... I agree. I don't believe those 3rds aught to be broken like that over and over. Cheap parts or not set up correctly. Just my opinion. This guy does my set ups www.gearinstalls.com .  Also, if all it is, is a lot of water and sand running, you might want to install a water proof vent on those axles.

Looks good. but why mount those shocks so high? Mine are under the bed, same shocks(dont max them out either direction). Whats going on with the R&P's get one set up right and you will save alot of money.
