From Monterey to Fresno

Live in Monterey right now, but was born and raised in Reedley, CA. Just south east of Fresno. I'm a rock climber, spend a lot of time near Courtright, Wishon, and anywhere else there is rock in the sierra's. I don't have a rig just yet, not sittin' on enough cash and no one wants to give a 20 year a loan for any amount with market the way it is...

So if you have a something that runs, and is cheap, let me know.

to the MC board!    I started climbing about 5 months ago, love it.   Have you been to Castle rock?

Yeah I'm really close. I don't often find myself up there. It offers some really great bouldering but I'm not much for bouldering. The sport climbing is decent. Usually I'll head out to Pinnacles which is about the same distance from Monterey. I prefer the Sierras over all else though. I grew up right at the base of the foothills and learned how to climb up there.

Awesome.  I'm still learning, pumping plastic at the gym.  been to Castle rock once, cant wait to get out more.   I cannot wait until I go to Pinnacles, and obviosly Yosemite.

what kind of rig you want?

Looking for a anything really.

Something that's clean, unmolested, or molested properly.
I don't want to be re-doing some one's shitey work.


Take a class at gym on outdoor climbing, leading, belaying, etc. Get a rope, some draws and tear it up at castle rocks. Thats a good place to learn.

Have a rope.  got a lead belal card for the gym.  gonna take the lead class soon.    castle is awesome, I want to go there more and practice for something biG!!!
