so my soon to be wife brings up the fact thay she wants kids. Then reminds me that i own a lot of rigs none of wich will hold a car seat besides the durango.

leaving me with 2 choices

build the durango

mod my x-cab to hold a back seat

i plan to build the durango aney way i allradey have the 60/60 combo and 36 swampers
but really want that 4 a tow rig i love it the way it is honestly

so im thinking of trying to ad more cab space to my x-cab

what have u all done

get a 4runner, xcabs are pretty useless for child seats..... when they are older, they will fit into a jumpseat in the back, but a rear facing child seat aint going to cut it..... and a front one probably wont fit either

Make it a walk through & build a cage to protect the bed area, install seats & have a canvas top made. I would also install a heater core to give some heat to the little one or ones. You can get the valve from a 4Runner that has the rear heater option.
