so i was cleaning my room and found this.... how do i use it to tune a cb?

i am a little in the dark about tuning, but know the antenna should be mounted in the middle of the vehicle, as high as possible, and also that the antenna should be matched to a certain wire length usually recommended by the manufacturer....

this swr meter has 2 jacks on the rear of it... how do i connect it? will this mean i will need a length of like a foot of jumper cable?

how do i tune it?

Interesting find (kind of a blast from the past, huh?) and good questions.  Wish I could help -- I haven't seen one of those used for a few decades.  I remember what SWR stands for, but sadly that is all I know about it...    :outtahere:
