Your exhaust solution is creative. I can understand first hand your issues. I just finished up doing my exhaust for my build. What a pain in the rear. Came out good. Just need to move a tranny cooler line out of the way. Really like your build.

dude cool idea
but you might want to think about how hot the slider is goin to get. maybe wrap it in something so when people get in and out their leg doesnt get burnt.

since my radiator isnt hooked up i havent been able to run the engine long enough to see if its gonnbe a problem. if some high heat paint doesnt help ill just make a shield

got the radiator in wich dropped the temp from about 210 to 200. i was finally able to let my truck heat up so i could see how hot my exhaust gets. 200* so im gonna have to make a shield for sure

bad news is i cant make a heat shield for the exhaust since my door rubs my slider.
good news is my truck now has an oven! and no ones stealing out of my cooler
