The newer Jeeps have a Anti-Roll Bar disconnect from the cabin.

Anybody figure out how to do this for our Toyotas ?

(cheap would be good too..   8) )

Toyota's don't need 'em anyways,  I toss mine as soon as I can get under a new rig.

Why have  a super stiff sway bar that you have to unhook when you can have a sway bar that does the trick and you can leave hooked up at all times.. ala currie anti rock...   I'm going to run a rear sway bar when I link the truck this summer.  It'll help with the overall stability immensely.
Full hydro, 186:1 with an auto and 44's what could go wrong??

Hey man, I've done a few of those in a less than sober state, and believe you me, the tits were the only saving grace.

However, I agree about the sways...  Remove them and drive accordingly.

To answer the title statement- Jeeps have em' -yes they have anything that could be thought of. Have you ever seen a Quadratec catalog? 200 pages of stuff, 90% of it totally useless. Most jeeps owners never take them off road, but they love to buy aftermarket stuff for them, hence the huge aftermarket support.

I saw this thread a few days ago, thought to myself, "The way I drive and with my SFA I´d better keep the swaybar."

I was looking at my alternator last night and glanced at my swaybar, the bolt that holds the bar to the right mount is broken. And by look of the bolt it has been broken for a while. So I´m dumping my swaybar soon.

sway bars are about as usless as a genital wart.....
