Good Auto Trans Shifter For 4x4?

What is a good auto trans shifter for a crawler I have a B&M rachet and it sucks BAD. I saw a cool one on a rock buggy that looked liked it worked alot better. I have a GM 460LE trans I belive Is that what would be with a 4.3l Vortec?
