I would ask the other vendors what kind of return they get...see if 12voltguy gets much out of it.

I don't think he does wiring harnesses, just switch panels.

Before you go getting a star make sure you have an advertising plan, give-a-ways, and a product line-up ready to go.
Speed and quality are going to get you lots of business on PBB, but the 1 time you screw up, it'll be a post before a phone call. Be prepared to back up the mistake (or what they think is a mistake) for free.

:yesnod:  he does!  I delivered a toy cab to him a while back, and he was saying that the majority of people who contact him either went directly through pirate or did an internet search and got a pirate link.  Enough so that he's usually atleast a couple weeks behind.

My big plan is out there i need to work on it find a vendor that can burn chip programs to get rid of emission codes and vss stuff.  get a motor that i can test the harnesses before they ship.
stuff like that. its a big jump to get business of of pirate. vs the local boards.

Red stars are for normal members to be able to attach pictures and enter in their give-a-ways.
Yellow stars are for Venders who want to sell on the site.
Green stars are for old men with too much time and money.

Is this you?

If not can you put a basic web site up?

I'm pretty sure you can pimp anything you want in your sig on pirate, as long as you don't post stuff for sale in the vendor or classifieds section.  Maybe you can get a couple of jobs from a link in your sig that would pay for the yellow star so you can really start advertising.

I think done right that could be a very profitable line of work, not everyone can figure out wiring issues on an engine swap. Especially when OBD I & II come into the mix.

When I get around to doing a 4.3 swap, I know who I'm coming to!
