I need to get a dd, I found a 87 cellica for 600 bucks. I am wondering if they are any good? obviously it needs some attention. I am going to look at it tomorrow. I just would hate to spend 600 bucks on a junk car. any info would be greatly appreciated.

any running car for $600 aint bad.... just be careful of it being a money pit, or having some problem you arent told about.... also, you are in CA so make sure the seller smogs it before the sale

its actually illegal for them to sell a car without it being smogged.... unless the potential buyer knows dang well that it wont be smogged and that it is their problem

when i bought my toy, it had no engine.... obviosly, the seller wasnt going to be able to smog it, and i accepted that
