Hey Aaron you figuer out where camp will be, 305, 315, or 376??

I was going to try and find a campsite Thursday night and call somebody to post up the info.  Shoot me a PM with your # and I can call you Thursday night with a better idea of where the campsite is located.

What time do you think you'll be able to make it down to BV?  I'm just trying to get an idea of what time everyone is rolling in.

Glad you're getting some work done to your rig.  I still have a crap load to do before Blanca this weekend.  I really wanted to get some bumpers built before the CO4RJ but I doubt that's going to happen.

Hell yea, 23 days!!!!!!!!

I was thinking Saturday night.  We'll probably have the most people there at that time.

No CO4RJ last year.  It was a very long story.  It didn't work out.  No money for the campsite.  1 raffle ticket per CO4RJ truck :)  Everyone will have an even chance of winning it.  I

could collect $$$ for additional tickets and donate the proceeds to Stay the Trail or Tread Lightly.  Ummm, that's a pretty good idea.  Let me think about that.

Time off requested, and the preparations are on the way.

Got the york today from a friend, brand new never used. Orded the clutch for it and some shackles and i should have my bumper by tues.

Side note i ordered new tires, you will never guess the price for brand new though 37" MTR's for 179.44 on sale

That's a smoking deal for those tires.  The 37's are hard to find also, nice work  :beerchug:

My brother just picked up his set of new tires, 37" Pitbull Rockers.  I looked at them tonight.  Very nice tire   If he likes them more than his current Iroks, I might head to the 39.5" Pitbull Rocker for my next tire (2 years I'm guessing)

Holly cow 180 each thats a killer deal. are you just getting 3 and using your spare? Smitty is sending me a new remote for my winch and they told me to just trash the old one but.... thats not my style so i cracked it open and found that on the relay for the out feed had a  :pokinit:y soldered connection so i fixed it and hard wired it and mounted it to the dash.

Nice!!  I'm leaving Thursday after work also.  We will be camping off of 305 or 315 on this map
http://staythetrail.org/maps/files/BLM_RoyalGorgeFO_Fourmile_2005p2.pdf

Poorboyota from YT/CoTTORA is going to find a spot Thursday morning and call me with specific directions.  I will post them up here, on YT, and CoTTORA once he calls me.  Check this thread for campsite details on Thursday the 31st!

I'll be wheeling Holy Cross right now in 2 weeks!!!!!!

Like I said on YT, I haven't been this excited for a wheeling trip in a long time (probably since my Moab trip in March of 07)

I hope to get alot done on the 4Runner this weekend.  I got my ARP hub studs in last night and my knuckle studs and hub gears should be here today.

jarboarder1 and i have been working on his truck round the clock this weekend getting it ready for the trip.  We fixed some rear locker issues ( ), put his sliders on, bobbed his bed 9inches and dovetail 6inches out of each side ( he will post pics in his build soon).  We are wrapping those projects up and gusseting and finishing up some minor details.

called my buddy back home and he is pulling my aussie and 30 splines and shipping them here.  if all goes well jared and i will be putting those in his front end wednesday night and thursday me, jared, his brother josh, and his puppy mya will be heading down.

really pumped for this trip since its the first real colorado wheelin ive gotten to do.  too bad i dont have my own truck built yet  :rivers:

Nice, glad everyone is getting some work done to their rigs.

This will be a great weekend of true CO wheeling at it's finest.  Holy Cross, BV Carnage and Chinamans are 3 great trails, you'll like each one.  I'd let you drive mine but I've seen what you have done to your rig 85xtracab  :rofl2: :rofl2: :rofl2:

I spent the weekend finishing up welding my rear tubs, installing BB's in the tires, and installing ARP knuckle and hub studs.  My Longfield cromo hub gears didn't show up Fri or Saturday so I still have the hubs off waiting for parts.  I'll get the hubs back on this week along with seam sealing the passenger rear tub and undercoating them.  I also need to trim the front fenders.

I plan on taking lots of spare parts.  I have 2 sets of locking hubs, one 86+ rear axle shaft, stock hub and knuckle studs, and stock birfields.  I am also trying to get some steering knuckles and wheel hubs this week.
