hi, new guy on the forum here... from PA, 1 hour from rausch creek woohoo...i was originally into suzuki stuff and realized their metal is all too thin so now i like yota stuff...im a wyotech student too, finishin up my toyota everything swap into my samurai...here's some pics

before the current teardown and rebuild:



gettin ifs or taco rear springs(i think they measure 53" compressed) and an fj80 FF rear, shackle reversal in the front and a widened fj60 axle, longs, aussies, and krawlers, and it'll be lowered a little :beer:





and in case you were wondering where you could get some sexy tires and wheels like the ones in the first pic, it's your lucky day cause they're in the for sale section :clap2: :clap:

Welcome to Marlin's Turtle Crawler Board! You say your'e a WyoTech student... Not much to do in Wyoming except wheel and take pics of sagebrush! Must be a big change from living in the East. I live in Idaho and am starting to get to know some people on the board. I'm hoping all of us in Idaho and Wyoming can have a big Toyota Caravan this summer! I let you know more as I find stuff out. Oh, and tahts a sick rig man!
By the time I get the money for an SAS I'll be 65 at this rate!

and i'm actually at the wyotech campus in pennsylvania, still nothin to do, don't ever go to a school thats 97% guys.  thanks for all the welcomes...so about those super sexy tires in the for sale section :think:

That won't work here anymore, the last wyotech student here was a guy that is a girl that liked girls that pretended to be a guy that wanted to be someone else, there is probably more that could be put into this but that pretty much sums up that person.

We used to live in Lock Haven but just moved to Beech Creek, about 10 miles up the road.  We're right in the middle between Williamsport and State College.

 :welcome::turtle: from PA! yep we know where northumberland is, also know where blairsville is  :cheese: . did you have a marlin sticker on your clip board at W.E. rock?? i saw a dude there rockin a marlin sticker  but that was all the marlin support i saw there.... it was a blast. hope to see you there this year. you will know its me cause i will be rockin the marlin gear and  hangin out at the hillbilly production's tent. :beerchug:  if you need help with any toy parts don't be afraid to give a holla there is a mini toy junk yard on your way home form school to yer home town. i can get you in touch with the kid that has the yard and you could pick em up on the way. fyi there is 21 trucks rangeing form 79 to 94.  :wave:

you may be the only person in the world i've ever met who knows where both northumberland and blairsville are...are you a truck driver or somethin? lol...i will probably be gettin in touch with you about this minitruck junkyard...i graduate in a week :cheese: but i can never have too many toyota parts, if you're ever in need i have some decent connections too...more for landcruiser parts, but alot of minitruck stuff too. and that might've been me with the  :turtle: sticker, they gave us the clip boards so i dunno lol.  i was judging on one of the stock mod gauntlets all by my lonesome, and for the unlimited shoot out

nope, not a truck driver TREE TRIMMER.  we do power line maintance for the power companies in PA  and surounding states..PPL, penelec, REA, west penn power, you get the picture and it runs me all over the state from erie to pitt to port jervis to philly and all points in between. i spent about 2 months in homer city and balirsville and usta drive threw them to get to other places, rt 22 is one of our major routes. also, we did alot of work for PPL in and around northumberland pine grove centraila middleburg sunbury pottsville allentown  you get the picture. yea the dude that has the yota yard is a grad form wyotech his name is brad very cool kid i'm sure we could find you a very nice top shift case in good working order.  just so ya know i'm always in the market for 83 to 85 front axles if ya know of any cheap. there is a place in york PA that says they have any toyota part you could ever want or need form stock to after market parts to whole complete running vechiles.. :driving: let me know what ya need and i will do my best to help ya out   :thumbs:
