Dumb question how do i post pics

KDXSR5

Well, you need to get out of the dusty trails group first. I think that takes 12 posts. Then, you can attach pictures with the attachment feature that will appear under the additional options tab under where you type your replies.

Another way is to use a picture host like photobucket.com to host your photos, then you can use the photo link and paste it into the thread. If you use the correct link, the picture will appear in the thread.

I hope this helps...

tech201

Hopefully 12 is the number because im their now

KDXSR5

Yup, you are no longer in dusty trails. :woohoo: Now to use the attachment feature, you may have to downsize your images. I do not know how to do this, because I have always used photobucket. Hopefully someone else can assist if you need it. Good luck with the build!

well the last 2 times he came to the shop his jeep gave him trouble.

tech201

The jeeps mad because I never do any work to it and ive been doing alot to the truck so the jeep developed a strange draw on the battery last week and had a blow out on the freeway yesterday.    I got some pics of what I did on saturday and some stuff I did a while ago. Had too build the mount brackets couldnt use the factory ones at all they were gone. I used 3/16 plate I made sure to get material along the whole top of the frame and on the inside and plated the top. I welded that plate to the inside of the frame to cover up a hole that some one torched  :flamer: their was a chevy engine in this truck probably had something to do with the hole.

Looks good, keep it up.

tech201

got the clutch transmission and transfer case installed. The bell housing front case half and all internals are from a 2wd tacoma w59 and the rear half and the main shaft are from a w56. Havnt actually tried it yet but it feels good turning it by hand. :crossed:

I hope it works out for you. NOW GET TO WORK!!!!
