ive got a 80' TOY with a 22r with a little machine work rv stage 3 cam, header weber carb 4speed out of a 83, possi in rear,  3in springlift 2in shackle and 3in body running 36in bias tsl's, lots of plans just starting with the toy also have a cj5 but the parts are getting rediculous..   :beer: :beer: :beer:  thanks to 80toy he got me started in the jap direction...

79 -mid80  were L43 4 speed, 


80 was L45 4 speed (looks like the 5 speed  but only has 4 gears)

81-82 L50 (first 5 speed)


83 L52 (also Marlins L52HD  looks identical but has  later stronger gears inside)




then 84-88 carburated trucks  had  G52  or G54 trans

turbo trucks had the R151  and V6's had the R150
